Maintenance AgreementMake sure all of your security components are maintained and working properly. For only $9.99 per month, PRTC Security and Home Automation will maintain your system and provide parts and labor if maintenance is required*. This maintenance program is available to all eligible PRTC installed security systems. Call (843) 538-2020 for more information. *Excludes any maintenance issues caused as a result of vandalism, misuse/abuse, lightning, fire or "Acts of God". Maintenance performed as a result of these and other reasons outside of normal use may inquire service and repair charges. Maintenance agreement applies during normal PRTC operating business hours. Cancellation of False AlarmTo cancel a False Alarm or when you need to place your system in test mode for the purpose of testing your system or changing the battery, call our Monitoring Station 24 hours a day / 7 days a week at 1-800-475-3331. You will be required to provide your Name and Password. |
