PRTC will be performing software upgrades on our voice switch in segments on the following dates:
October 20, 21, 27, 29, 30 and November 3 & 5, between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. each night.
While we do not anticipate significant downtime, there may be brief interruptions to voice services during these maintenance windows. These upgrades are essential to enhance security and ensure compatibility with current technologies.
